@Keysalagain love it
@Rickbflony @Shelter @LiberalLibrarian hey, I'm confused by this SM to the max! β€οΈπ
@Shelter @Rickbflony @LiberalLibrarian what's needed is empathy, sympathy, compassion, communications. What's not needed is the I'm better than you crowd because ( insert religion, economic status, nation etc. ) IMHO, prayer is nothing more than a placebo, Js.
@Shelter if you ever need to chat about that situation let me know. On a good note ( if you like) I'm 59 and survived a society that wants to put the square peg in a round hole.

@Sleep_Is_For_Chumps Agreed π―
@Shelter I've been told my whole life that "misfit is a good thing". So some good, actually a lot of good, came from my childhood.
@Shelter they say that typically bad memories often stay longer due to intense emotions. I don't know but they might have a point.

@jcalexandre_writes Well, it depends on the approach. For me it was more than reading the stories but cross examining them. Ex: When studying to become a Baptist clergy the Preacher said "No dancing due to bible ,,, " then handed me the Tools (before Net) 7 times he was right and 7 times he was wrong. Oops! LOL
@Sleep_Is_For_Chumps Even some believers realize that prayer is futile. If prayer worked all cemeteries and hospitals would be empty and no wars fought
@MrMuckle Love that guy
#atheism This is an interesting read. Here's a hint though, the title is merely to catch your attention, https://historyofyesterday.com/what-secrets-are-hidden-inside-the-2000-year-old-bible/
@MrMuckle Love it
@jcalexandre_writes Depends on what evidence is requested. Evidence of gravity, easily done. Evidence of a virgin birth? LOL
@MrMuckle This one always gets me to laugh and be sad at the same time
