Jordan did a great job directing. Quality was there, through and through.
It's just that it was really similar to Rocky 3, and I don't think that was a coincidence. I think they took Rocky 3 and just did it better.

I wouldn't go so far as to say #Creed3 is a blatant rip-off of Rocky 3 -- it's more nuanced, more fleshed-out, better acted, fully-formed antagonist -- but it includes a lot of the same story elements.
Regardless, still a fun movie with a lot of heart.
