Elon Musk is showing that "free speech" doesn't mean "absence of consequences" for that speech. Every CEO/President/Director of any business, nonprofit, or government agency refrains from making public partisan political endorsements so as not to reflect on the institution they run.
If you turn your social media platform over to trolls, bigots, and fascists, and then make partisan endorsements on it, then your business bottom line will be affected. Rights have responsibilities.
