Just checking in to say I won't be around for a while. Mother in Law is not well and I am primary caregiver since she has no living family that isn't disabled. She has been in hospital since Christmas Day. The cancer is back and it's not looking great. Adrenal and metastatic. We won't know more until the 12th. Send good energy to her as Sarah desperately needs it right now.
Things are not okay. But goddamn I'm going to do my best to keep it together for Rei and his brother's sake. 💔
Fire in the woodstove. Waffles for brunch. My hubby's gonna watch football. The dogs are snoring. I am knitting a buttoned cowl to match the beret I knitted over Christmas.
