I was young, but I remember the news report and my mother being so sad.

Rolled and cut them last night and popped them into the fridge. Took them out to rise while we were at church.

Just put homemade suet cakes in fridge to cool, covered and with label that says "bird food. Don't eat."
Hopefully family will pay attention as they contain dried mealworms..
