DPD always screws up 1 out of 2 parcel deliveries. It arrives either damaged or gets delayed and ultimately lost or returned to sender.
The damning thing is that it is either the only delivery option or not shown that DPD is behind the ‘fast’ delivery option.
To those running an e-commerce site: Please don’t use DPD ever. It will damage your reputation and cause more headache than the costs you think you might save.
