Sorry to hear this.

Current COVID testing guidelines are to wait 5 days if symptom free and then test. You might need to do up to three tests if you are getting negatives to be sure.

Apologies if you already know this, but one of my biggest gripes about this has been the poor messaging, as it gets to be hard to find out the current recommendations.
