The Biochemical Slot Machine is different for everyone. Fat redistribution in particular takes a while, particularly for the face, too. It's a very "YMMV" kind of thing -- but if you keep with it, and watch a progression of pictures, you can see those changes, I promise :)
One thing to watch out for hormone-wise is that T suppresses E effects even at "low" levels. 60ish T might seem "okay" but will slow feminization.
