Today marks my 6th month of #HRT & I don't know if I am happy with the results so far or disappointed. Mentally I can say I 100% made the right choice, but physically it's been slow going.
-Breast growth has been slow
-Fat distribution slow
-My skin feels a bit softer, but not by much
-My body hair still grows just as fast & isn't any thinner
-Spontaneous erections for the most part are gone
-My muscle mass hasn't decreased much

@MarvelousMadi13 l hear ya, l’m often face down on the mat myself. I have lots of practice at getting back up, although sometimes it does take a few ( minutes, hours.) before l can 🌞
