So today is the day I'm deciding to stop feeling so down on myself. It's time to get my confidence back!!!
1st step - eat better. I've always been a stress eater, so if I'm gonna eat it needs to be healthy snacks.
2nd step - need to start working out again. Playing bball again tonight while I can, that should kick start me.
3rd step - be nicer to myself. Everyone makes mistakes. Mistakes don't define you, it's how handle them that does!
