How long before women in America are prosecuted for having a miscarriage that they can't prove was an abortion? How long before doctors and nurses are prosecuted for not reporting the loss of a pregnancy in one of their patients?

They are already trying. This was from 2019 but imagine if it was later this year after R v. W. is overturned.

For resistance to work it needs to be tangible and observable beyond an occasional small win in congress.

We need to take a page out of the Trumpers’ (unburnt, unbanned) books and organise, complete with identity symbols and all of it. Let them feel that they are in the minority
