We need to get 'investors' out of real estate.
@MariaAragon64 yes, it's not a good scene with them moving into the housing "markets"
It should be made illegal on a national level for corporations to own single family, duplexes, triplexes & quads.
Make them divest anything without 5 or more units.
Not trusts, cmpanies, not corporations…not anything owning the kind of homes that families need or one owner can reasonably handle.
