Update.
They're having a hard time accessing what they need to fix because something in it, a program/malware is fighting them.
They may have to remove all of my files and then strip it down/factory reset it.
Damn.

Got my computer back!!
Well, I'm going to go in tomorrow with an external hard drive, ask them to move mu documents onto it, so I'll at least have them.
My computer may be a lost cause.
