I've been a vegetarian for nearly 30 years, but there are days when I really miss having fried chicken or pepperoni pizza. (Sigh)

If it weren't for Gardein fake chicken nuggets and fish fillets or Beyond Burger patties, I'd have fallen off the wagon years ago.
@MariaAragon64: I quite like their fake chicken. I'm not a vegetarian or a vegan by any stretch of the imagination, but I do like quite a few of such noms.

I made a realization that long ago that I was incapable of killing anything and therefore it was hypocrisy for me to allow others to do the dirty work for me so I could eat. it hasn't been easy.
I also miss tuna casserole.
