An interesting day for me - I sneezed and wrenched the muscles on my right side. I'm currently taking painkillers and hoping it Improves enough for me to travel home to Berkshire tomorrow (currently can't move well enough to get in the car). I found a Tramadol so going to try that. π€

@Mandypar If possible wait until tomorrow to try getting in the car. Ice might help with the pain. I've had a similar thing happen with a sneeze, I hate getting old π€§.

Itβs crazy how many back issues are exacerbated by sneezing!
