Morning CoSo 🙂 A grey start to the day here. I hope you are all well?
10 minutes until my first tablets of the day. My food of choice with the tablets is a slice of bread lol. Need to wake up more to know how the shingles are today.

@ACG2 Morning 🙂 I'm doing my best. I took enough already but now it is just tedious to have to take a tablet, eat something and then move along as 5 per day is a pain 🙂
