Finally, my headache is gone - I had one the whole day yesterday.
@AmaryllisLanza Morning 🙂 I think after the intense heat it is good for us all to experience sunshine and cloud on the same day - hopefully it will help the temperature to stay down and a little rain would be appreciated by the plants.

@Mandypar She's doing much better now she has found out she can eat home made soups (no processed food) without any problem ... my kitchen is looking like a cross between an apothecary and an alchemists lab. More blood tests and doctors this week ... she's getting there slowly 👍
@th3heal3r That's a good discovery. I hope she doesn't end up with the kind of limited diet my husband has.
