Operation husband haircut is complete and both ears are safe and intact πŸ˜‰

@Mandypar Good morning!πŸŒžβ˜•

You should see how long the hair has gotten at my house. It looks like 1973 around here.

@Jennifelroy Morning πŸ™‚ I've cut his hair for years now, but it had got long so I'm relieved he decided his headache wasn't bad enough to prevent it being done. I also cut my FILs hair when we were in Essex a couple of weeks ago. For me, on the other hand, I think it is a hairdresser or nothing - the short hair is now almost down to my shoulders. 😭 My mother will be happy (she prefers it long) but I am not.

@Mandypar So I guess that means your husband won't be reciprocating by taking a shot at doing your hair.πŸ˜‰

@Jennifelroy The phrase "over my dead body" springs to mind. πŸ˜† Because I can't myself, I "let" him cut my fingernails and toenails for me - but my hair is not negotiable until I'm so disabled I have no ability to stop him. If that gets close to being real I will be wanting to travel to Switzerland to go to Dignitas. (not even vaguely on the cards for a long time if I have anything to do with it.) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dignitas

@Jennifelroy @Mandypar

LOL! My hair is long anyway. But I was going to get it cut this spring as it was getting too long. Then the pandemic hit. My hair is now waist length. DH offered to cut mine. No, I will just keep it braided and wait.

He is bald, so no issues there.

@Myrth Good move to wait. I hope you can get someone to help with it soon.
@Jennifelroy

@Myrth @Mandypar I'm pretty much a braid and a hat every day lately too. My kids are looking like Starsky and HutchπŸ˜πŸ˜‚
