I noticed at times I want to post an image but it loads on one side or the other. Adobe Photoshop Express is a free download for Android, iOS and Windows. It allows you to rotate images.
Adobe Photoshop Mix is also a free download that can rotate images.
you can also just edit your pic a bit in your photo settings (cropping, etc...) before posting and that should correct it....
