Today marks the 85th anniversary of the Kristallnacht. It was a violent pogram perpetrated by the Nazis against the Jews. Businesses were destroyed; synagogues were set on fire; cemeteries were desecrated; hundreds were murdered; thousands were sent off to concentration camps. Today Jews are still facing intense levels of hatred. What ever happened to "Never Again"?

Tlaib has finally been censured! It was a 234 to 188 vote. 22 Democrats and 212 Republicans voted in favour of the censure. 4 Republicans voted against the censure, which means 184 Democrats also voted against it. 3 Democrats & 1 Republican voted present. The measure was put forward by Rep. Rich McCormick. Disappointing that so few Democrats voted in favour. I would've loved to have seen her get expelled, but least Congress has done something to punish her. #Israel #istandwithisrael

Today I heard the song "Pork Chop Express", which is from the movie "Big Trouble in Little China" while I was in Toys R Us with one of my special needs clients. Definitely not something you'd expect to hear. Although the movie didn't do well at the box office, it ended up being a cult classic. I think it's pretty underrated & I quite enjoy it. It certainly has a much less serious tone than any other Carpenter movie I've seen. #CoSoMusic
