Human migrants can often get over the Wall on the southern border - that Wall that is supposed to keep them out. It doesn't keep them out.
What is kept out are wildlife species which can't follow traditional migration routes. This video shows us an ocelot that made its way past the wall, Hwy 19, mountains, & the Santa Cruz River (no water in the river currently) to eventually find a spring and drink. Well done, Ocelot!
