While away, I got back into proper routines. I wake before my alarm now, run before dawn (even if my runs are still rough - rebuilding), and have energy through the day on one big nourishing meal (OMAD) to put me to bed well, sleeping soundly to do it all again.
The only caveat? I had to go through days of caffeine withdrawal (I'd probably been knocking back too much of the stuff) in which I had a migraine for days and a hugely depressive low.
But! All good now.
Off for another predawn run. πͺπ»
Good morning, ACG2! π€ I'm going to live vicariously through your morning cuppa! πββοΈ π§
@MLClark I am very glad that things seem to be improving for you. Especially the depressive low. It can be *so* tricky to drag oneself out of those.
Onward and upward dear friend.
@MLClark Good Early Sunday Morning!π»βοΈ
