I need to talk with my manager* about some of my newsletter topics. Humanity really, really, really sucks sometimes.
(You'll see soon enough, but whew.)
The manager:
@MLClark I think I've personally assembled enough evidence that humanity sucks sometimes.
What I'm most concerned with at this juncture is what we should do to fix it.
I feel like we've identified that the house is indeed aflame.
I've tried the thing people did in prior ages where you just go kill a buncha folks until you're in charge. Not as useful a practice as one would think.
I think that practice having been so common is ultimately how we got to this mess, so, new ideas? : )
