Parrots. π Parrots ruined my morning recordings.
Oh well. I have three audio chapters to share with Patrons shortly, at least.
But I really do need to record in the middle of the night, around 1-4am.
There's no other way to get this audiobook finished. Ah well. A challenge for April!
Oh, I'm fine with the bird sound for BookTube! Better than the cars and trucks and motorcycles. But when recording a story told by a ship's AI about the destruction of a planet and the mutiny perpetrated by another AI... bird sound in the background is a little odd. :)

Reminded of a friend's mother, who was washing dishes in front of a window with birds singing outside.
Commented "That must be nice working with the birds out there".
She scowled and replied "Cheep, Cheep, Cheep, All day long!"
