@MLClark It makes sense to me. States can keep people off for state elections, not federal. Especially with no conviction.

@MLClark but isn’t it a state election not a federal election since the vote is to keep a persons name off on the state Republican ballot not a federal election, Colorado voted to keep Trump off the primary ballot of the. Republican party voted on by Republicans. The Supreme Court has no right in making a decision that is not about a federal election. It’s about a state primary don’t they get that or is it they just don’t care people wake up we’re being screwed.
