Currently making cookies for a friend's birthday while writing about COP28 incompetence. (The dough is chilling; I am not.)
I *should* be making bread, because the dough work is much better for getting one's frustration out, but, eh - we'll make do. 😉

Simple oatmeal chocolate chip and cranberry cookies on my side! The fun part of where I live is that I don't need to get too fancy to wow folks, because an oatmeal cookie is already a rare treat in Colombia.
Rainbow cookies are FUN, though! Have a great bake!
Sadly, there are no white chocolate chips here, but you're absolutely right that they're always a better pairing with cranberries!
