I don't know who else listens to 5-4, the #podcast about "why the Supreme Court sucks", but their latest episode, Students for Fair Admissions v Harvard, makes some excellent comments above & beyond the fall of affirmative action.
One of the most haunting involves the danger of activism that fixates on stripping explicit mentions of prejudice from the law. When we don't pursue *proactive* policies to remove prejudice, sometimes racism will only deepen between the lines.
