Back to the novel during my "free time" writing slots this week.

However, I just had one of those wee naps that leaves you so haunted by your dreaming that you wake feeling extra tired.

So... better sleep hygiene this week, first and foremost.

And good rigorous early morning exercise before classes and articles.

And *also* novel writing during free time.
