I took the dogs out and saw the feral cat we feed. I said hi and asked her if she was hungry. She waited for me to get the dogs back in and when I came out with a food dish and a scoop of cat food she gave me her obligatory hiss From a foot away from me. I put the dish down and filled the food and right before I walked back inside she looked up at me and gave me a meow of thanks. I will never be able to get close enough to pet her but we have our own workable relationship. #caterday
