If I still had my copy of Grey's Anatomy I'd look up to see the name of the tiny muscle(s) between my ribs that I must have pulled from coughing so much over the last few weeks of pollen season. A quick look online and it seems that some sort of intercostal muscle is probably it. I'm guessing an "internal" or "innermost." I don't really care, I just want them to settle down.
