Still watching "Hot Zone", and US officials did the same thing Chinese officials did (when COVID first appeared) when the first cases of Ebola came to the US.

Can't cause a panic, so don't even tell people possibly affected what is going on.

Watching "Hot Zone", a National Geographic dramatization of the history of the last Ebola outbreak, and it's making me paranoid.

One thing I did not know, we first found out about the outbreak when 6 monkeys died in DC, and we tracked it back to Africa.

Does that make you paranoid? Ebola Zaire (90% fatality rate), spreads through bodily fluids. No cure, no effective treatment.

US House Update:

Looking at the results as they are coming in, Republicans will will most likely control the House. They will, however, have a slim majority and will not be able to afford many defections.
