A lot of folks don't know this, but there is an informal clique of musicians, producers etc, who played instruments in bands back in the day and some who are currently very famous, they are often at trade shows like NAMM, etc some travel around giving clinics for their instruments or travel in bands that aren't so famous as their earlier bands... and they get together 3-4 times a year at planned events and just jam.
To me, this family that spans nations is the best thing ever.

The Sackbutt is the 15th century predecessor of the trombone.
It involves no sacks and no butts, but it does kind of sound like a trombone being played in sack inside somebody's butt (not where the name comes from tho).
