“We are returning the territories": Third assault force announces offensive in Kharkiv region

The Third Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has launched an offensive in the Kharkiv region. The soldiers took control of the occupiers' battalion defense area and advanced almost two square kilometers into the front.
The military says the ratio of forces on the battlefield is 2.5 to 1 in favor of the enemy. Plus enemy support forces.

A Russian soldier detonated explosives at an officer headquarters and defected to Ukraine as part of a special operation codenamed “Ocheret”, according to Ukraine’s defense intelligence.

I am noticing a pattern: Russian armed forces target civilian buildings like residential buildings, markets, schools, and hospitals.
Ukrainian forces in Kursk, Russia target military targets and bridges and there is almost no damage to schools, hospitals, markets or residential buildings, so the people living in those cities, towns and villages can go on living there.
