My tv (Netflix) keeps freezing up. Is this happening to other people?

I am home alone with daughter and she is on the DSL internet so only the tv and my phone are on the spectrum internet right now. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I kept getting jammed by comcast, so now trying to run it off their box.

@Lulz4l1f3 I just turned the wifi off on my phone but it didn’t help any.
