I had to read this 10 times before I figured out he brings up Hannibal Lecter, out of the blue, because he thinks it frightens people about immigrants requesting asylum hearings.
He's fuckin' nuts.
He also went down that faulty inheritance "it's in the blood/genes" path of racist ideology too--it's all about making folks hate brown people.

@Lulz4l1f3 Im not so sure I totally disagree with bad genes. History has shown Genetic issues with many ruling classes from inbreeding. Today we seem to see something similar in Trumps and Musk of the world - must be a defect somewhere. 😉
