@Lulz4l1f3 yeah, but 10K is too few to get them into all combat zones, so there'll have to be some Ruzzians in the November numbers as well
@Lulz4l1f3 I would assume (as does most "experts") that they'll be used inside Ruzzia Proper, to free up local soldiers for use in Ukraine
(tho, RU conscripts are already in that role because they legally can't be deployed to other countries)
If(!) they are found to participate in combat inside Ukraine, esp outside of Crimea, the Polish and possibly the French will start screaming ... in ways that might no't end well for Putain
