To get an authentic Keith Richards tone from your telecaster, you need an open G tuning and to remove the highest E-string.
Also play through a Fender Tweed amp.

@Lulz4l1f3 The low E, you meant. Keef takes off the low E. The 6th string. Not the high E. He tunes that to D.
