Wife and I had a rare dinner date with friends last night. We tried out a German restaurant for the first time and it was quite good. I had the Schnitzelette Gruyere with cauliflower and German potaoes.Tasty.!

Not all German food is bland or awful like potato pancakes and and endless number of sausages :)
But if I didn't see those potatoes with your meal, I would doubt its authenticity ;) lol
@Lulz4l1f3 Wife had the Wurst Platte with Brat, Bauern, and Knockwurst on sauerkraut bed. All three were pretty good. She loved the beet salad, too.
