I tell you folks--that hurricane woulda never happened on my watch. No sir--if I was president it would have stayed safely out at sea. Because I have a terrific relationship with hurricanes--all the natural disasters really. Earthquakes, tsunamis, you name it. They all love me.

Hurricanes know only I am bold enough to reach for the nuclear deterrent. They won't dare come near us. I'll nuke them back to the stone age.
