Puppy mills are the worst kind of breeder. Years ago I did dog rescue most of the dogs placed with us were from puppy mills. Today I saw an advert her for someone that has puppies. A quick reverse search and I see about 12 different breeds offered on various sites. So this is ether a puppy mill or an outright scammer.

If you want a dog please consider a shelter dog they make just as great a companion.

Finally feeling the effects of coffee. Way late for me - had early fasting blood draws. The lab vampire informed me while I was listlessly giving her my uncaffeinated arm that I could have had black coffee or water for fasting blood work. Little late on that news at least now home and attached to the coffee pot. All is as it should be.

More food recalls today for listeria in almost every brand of frozen waffle. There is little incentive for producers to stop these problems as often the consumer throws it away and they still got paid. To make it worse it creates shortages of those food items driving up the prices that they won't lower after the shortage has subsided. The producers yes take a hit to their reputations but if they have locked in markets it really wont hurt them.
