@TrueBloodNet I get them from a back injury. It was explained to me as a protective reaction to keep me from using them so they could heal. The pain with the spasm does a good job of keeping you still until the muscles can heal. Heating pad is wonderful for easing the pain and stopping them. Ice however will actually trigger them.

I found my heating pad and what a difference! I mean, I'm not all healed but no spasms and I even yawned and cleared my throat! :) (a cough would still kill me I think LOL) We'll see come morning but I might be able to move back to my bed tomorrow. Wahoo!
@Lucky188 TY I kinda get that but I really feel the spasms are re injuring me more than anything.
I will look for my heating pad! I did put cold packs on it for a while... of course, it isn't in a close I've redisorganized yet. But that might do the trick! Worth the effort to find :) I hope I didn't stupidly put it in a bottom drawer or I'm screwt! hehe
