Trump hasn't stepped foot into the Oval and suppliers/producers are already planning for Trump's Tariffs.
Commodities all the way through to consumer products will increase in price. While there might be domestic suppliers and producers of goods that fall within the tariff structure, don't think these folks won't be selling their stuff at the same prices as the imported goods that have a tariff attached. This ain't the ol' "supply and demand", folks...it's called "maximizing profits".

@Intolerantcentrist Its not just the tariffs, the Biden admin has been going after price gougers, Harris promised to push that much further. They no longer have to fear regulation or consequence for price gouging. Musk also promised to halt our economy followed by a huge recession. The suppliers/producers are cheering for the shortages this will bring (real or artificial) - under Fascism the people serve the Government, not as Democracy where government is supposed to serve the people.
