@peterquirk Little older article but they also challenged (and lost) early voting in that same state - make a tighter window so fewer votes can be counted. Id might be OK with that as long as the whining party is always counted last. π

@peterquirk Midnight on Voting Day is what they are asking. The entire thing is absurd and I hope the courts treat it that way. AZ is not the only state they are trying this in. They actually have a legal team just to file these challenges. After election they will also hit the courts with challenges to the ballots themselves and voters. The GOP has given up any appearance fair play.
@Lucky188 But combine this with a demand for hand-counted votes (no electronic tabulators allowed) and you get a situation where very few votes will be counted between the end of voting and midnight. And which midnight are they talking about?
