Tomorrow is Hot Buttered Rum day. One of my favorite cold weather treats.

So put the Kettle on to boil and here's how I make mine:

2 Heaping Tbs Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp or pinch of ground cloves
Pinch of cinnamon or use a cinnamon stick as a stir
Add 2 Shots of Spiced Rum (that is NOT Bacardi, Myers Jamaican isn't bad)
Stir it together and fill the rest of the cup with boiling water.
Top with a pat of butter garnish with cinnamon stick optional.
