@MichaelTalon He does a good job of illustrating why Miranda rights said "You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you."
DOJ is pretty much letting him talk himself into a guilty verdict.
@zacnewman They aren't legally required to read them anymore - SCOTUS ruling. The reason I said that is right to remain silent is for your own protection - in his case he is as much a threat to his freedom as the DOJ by making himself their best witness.
I also thought they did electronic scan of his fingerprints ( inkless)

@Lucky188 I'd like for and have asked for proof he was read his Miranda Rights. He had no mug shot taken, no fingerprints. Miranda Rights? Never received a response.
