@LowEndMuse oooof. I'm lucky to live in a place with precious few mosquitoes. Fond memories of visiting my grandparents in the Caribbean over the summer as a kid, though... Dunking underwater while the spray plane goes overhead, the brushes by the door for brushing bugs and sand off yourself before you go inside...
We've been 'lucky' that it's been so dry here—nowhere for the bloodthirsty little bitches to deposit their eggs. 😂
@051G When it's dry here from lack of rain, the intense humidity that is always the norm sustains them.
Our city fogs the neighborhoods twice a week for insect control, and it barely makes a dent.
