If things are so bad under President Trump, why aren't we seeing larger protest movement?
@Evvie Because most Americans are working like animals just to keep what little they have, and are still drowning in debt. Once the recession hits, you'll see plenty of protests.

@Evvie I've been preparing for this recession since Trump won the election. It was abundantly clear to me that his policies and personality would destabilize the global economy. My deepest fear is that we'll get a full, global economic depression.
@Lourg agreed. It’s why I’ve been freaking out about getting my garden established/fencing out up & repaired etc. when it hits the fan, I’m way out here in the sticks broken bodies & alone. So I’ve gotta get my ‘fortifications’ established & secured asap.
@Evvie Good luck with all those projects. Hopefully we don't need any of our preparations, but I'd rather have them and not need them then the opposite.

@Lourg when Hillary conceded, I lived in the most dangerous & notorious ghetto in Charlotte. I straight up wobbled my broken self outside @ 3 AM & bawled like an idiot.
I am so pissed at everyone who voted for this asshole & especially those who continue to see this shit show & continue to defend him.
@Evvie I feel your Hillary pain. Before Trump, I was a Republican. During the primaries, I was an early and vocal NeverTrumper, except I actually meant it, and still do. He's so clearly a criminal, a grifter, a bigot, a misogynist, and a traitor that it makes me question the character of everyone who still supports him, including some of my family members.

@Lourg I’ve been a never trumper from waaaaaaay back. My parents knew him & ive always thought he was scum. Mom couldn’t stand him (I think he tried something stupid but mom wasn’t the type to put up w/ANYONE’s shit) my father basically worshipped him & likely still does. idk we don’t talk.
