@LSWellesley all breeds can have that gene. It's typically horses with more white (beyond normal markings like star or stripe) on their face.
@LockUpTrump Yes. Catherine’s point was more how Icelanders have thought about the phenomenon of appearance rather than equine genetics per se. One of my first horses was “glass-eyed,” as a matter of fact. 😃🙏🏻
