My Mut had that. She just passed a month ago. Turkish Angora has them although 2 of her kittens had long white hair She was shorthaired. Pregnant rescue. Was about 6mos old when we got her. She had a defect in one iris. Her kittens had both yellow or blue eyes, and all had same defect in the opposite eye.
