I miss Lakota Man on the hellhole.
@LnzyHou I'm banned there but can still go and read the people I like that are still posting.
I get it. I was banned about 2 years ago, permanently. But I can still go read the folks I want to read. I just have a list of bookmarks in my browser to their pages.
I'm not sure what 'recovery' that would be...
@tgraph52 @LindaWisner
Recovery from the deep emotional/spiritual wounds inflicted each day by the hate, chaos, attacks, death threats, racism and violence on #twitter. Even worse, was my responses that left me ashamed of myself.
Iโm sleeping again. My anxiety and blood pressure have dropped. I can open #coso without bracing myself for a vicious attack from an unknown source. Shall I go on?
The addiction to #twitter is destroying people. I do not accept the excuses for staying. Period.
No. No need to go on...
I was never connected to any social media to that extent. Sorry.
If you are still on #twitter, you canโt miss it.
I read the people that I like.. I don't often go into the comments. It's a news source for me... with intelligent people in my list. It's not a place I'm attached to on a personal level. It never was. When I could comment and get into arguments, those were not taken personally... If some shitheel calls me names.. it's just some shitheel being a child.
I hear about the attacks and the harm caused and all that that... It's just not how I ever approached social media.
@LindaWisner @tgraph52
I left 29K followers. No regrets. It has taken months to recover.
